Jeff Williams grew up in Stephenville, Texas where he attended Stephenville High School. Upon graduating, he attended Weatherford College and completed his education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

After school, Jeff served four years in the United States Coast Guard working in Maritime Law Enforcement, Counter Narcotics and Search & Rescue from 1995-1999. After 9/11, Jeff re-enlisted into military service- this time in the United States Marine Corps serving another four years from 2003-2007. He served in multiple deployments in the Global War on Terrorism including tours in Lebanon, Africa, Jordan and Iraq with the 1st Battalion 8th Marines. His primary MOS was 0311 Infantry and his secondary MOS was 8154 Recapture Tactics/Close Quarter Battle Team Shooter - Team 3 East.

Since leaving military service, Jeff worked as an Oil and Gas MWD Engineer (2007-2016) and currently works with Oil and Gas Lease Operations United Production Partners (2016-present).

Jeff is happily married to his wife Megan where they live Granbury, Texas with their four children; Christian (17), Collin (11), Emma (11) and Charlie (6).
