New York: Upon request, a copy of the latest annual report may be obtained from ADC or from the New York Attorney General’s Charities Bureau, 28 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10005.
Maryland: Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are available for the cost of postage and copies from the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401.
Pennsylvania: The official registration and financial information of ADC may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling 1-800-732-0999.
Other States: If you are a resident of a state that requires disclosure statements, you may receive them upon request. Registration does not imply endorsement.
