Dr. Geoffrey Mitchell, Ph.D

Secretary

Professor Geoffrey Robert Mitchell has been the CEO/President of MPAC Group, DBA for over 25 years and is a native of Dallas, Texas and graduate of James Madison High School in Dallas, TX.

In 1988, Dr. Mitchell earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences from El Centro Community College in Dallas, TX. Afterwards, he decided to continue his education and attended the University of Texas at Arlington, earning a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on History. After completing his bachelors programs at UTA, he immediate enrolled into graduate school where he earned a Masters of Arts degree in Urban and Public Affairs in 1998.

Dr. Mitchell began his doctoral program at Clark/Atlanta University studying African, African-American historiography, with an emphasis on a “Comparative Studies on United States and Foreign Governments.” His honorary PhD. is in Humanitarian Studies and Philosophy from the Los Angeles Church and Academic Institute in Los Angeles, California.
