An Lee Hsu is a founding shareholder of Martinez Hsu, P.C. and a Texas Tech School of Law graduate. His primary practice includes EB-5 immigration projects, corporate securities, commercial construction and development, real estate, international and domestic contracts, and regulated asset purchases.

An Lee acts as counsel for various significant business projects, including EB-5 securities litigation, EB-5 compliance (securities and immigration), and EB-5 project structuring and restructuring. Such projects typically range between $500,000 - $250,000,000.

In addition to An Lee’s primary practice, he also enjoys working closely with many defense contractors, including firearms and ammunition manufacturers, retailers, and resellers, regarding compliance, contracts, laws, and regulations of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls—including ITAR regulatory requirements and classifications—and U.S. Customs regulations concerning the same.

An Lee is also an avid gun enthusiast and accomplished competition shooter.
